Welcome to DVHCC
The Delaware Valley Health Care Coalition, Inc. (DVHCC) is an association of Union benefit funds created for
the purpose of providing quality products at significant market discounts. The DVHCC was founded in 1995. It began with 11 Taft-Hartley Benefit
Funds and has grown to a membership of over 163 funds with over
1 million covered lives. The DVHCC is the largest Union only coalition in the country. As the list of DVHCC members continues to grow, the negotiated discounts become more favorable.

New Officers
Dave Daino, Vice President for School Employees Local 1201, is now the new Treasurer for the DVHCC.
William Einhorn, Administrator for Teamsters Health & Welfare Fund of Philadelphia and Vicinity, is now the new Executive Director for the DVHCC.
Thomas Lamb, Administrator for Law Enforcement Health Benefits, is now the new Executive Director for the DVHCC.
Dennis Sarnowski, Administrator for Laborers' DC of Western PA, is now the new Executive Director for the DVHCC.
Thomas McNulty, Administrator for Plumbers Local #690, is now the new Chairperson for the DVHCC.
