Membership Meeting Schedule
Check back at the end of 2022 when we’ll post the meeting schedule for 2023
- The next Membership, Budget, and Board of Directors Meetings will be held in January 2023
All Coalition Members are encouraged to join our Full Membership Meetings held three times a year (January, May, & September) in order to learn about the latest Coalition developments and share their feedback, questions, and concerns with their fellow Members.
Members may attend the meeting at our Philadelphia location at 2980 Southampton Road OR participate via conference call. Please contact email@example.com to receive the call-in information.
PLEASE NOTE: A timely e-mail reminder is sent out to all Members along with an RSVP request before each Membership Meeting. If you have not received a notification within a week prior to the meeting, please check your spam mailbox: if you find our e-mail has been misdirected there, please add us to your approved senders list in your spam mail settings; if not, please contact us so we may update your e-mail address in our system.
Conference Call Call-in information is sent out with a Meeting Info Packet PDF the morning of the meeting to those who RSVP for the conference call.
Meetings are held in the Fountain Room and span roughly 2 hours. Coffee and Tea is served and Members are invited to enjoy a full catered lunch afterward. We hope to see you there!
